Race Sponsorship Donations
- Make money in a hurry!
- $200, $150, $100, $50 and $10 levels. See the Sponsorship Fact Sheet for details.
- Exceed your group's share of the race expenses in this step to maximize your profit.
- To insure we don't lose any consistent supporters, the Race Director will send a donation request letter to all sponsors from the previous year. Please notify the Race Director before Jan. 1, 2008 if you want to contact a listed sponsor yourself.
- To better coordinate our joint efforts, please notify the Race Director when you send a donation request letter to a potential sponsor. The Race Director will update the Sponsor List to reflect your efforts.

Race Entries
- Sponsorship Donation campaign is complete, now focus on Race Entries...
- Use the Entry Form to register yourself, as well as your family, friends and neighbors.
- Remember to circle the group that will receive credit for your entry.
- If your group tracks contributions of individuals in order to reward those individuals (i.e., Band Points), then please write your name followed by your group name in the box marked "Race Use Only" at the bottom of the entry form, e.g., "John Smith - PTSA".

Personal Sponsorships
- You've registered yourself for the race, but friends, family or neighbors can't participate. No problem...
- Use the Personal Sponsorship Form to allow these folks to sponsor you.
- These funds go directly to the Race Contact Person for your group.
